Self-assessment, action plan and session evaluation for use in planning.
Objective:
  • Identify how to present a professional image at all times
Outcome: As a result of this session participants will be equipped with core skills that empower them to ‘look the part’ regardless of their actual job title. With a focus on front-line and customer-facing employees this program uses a down-to-earth, conversational tone.

This training session is a guide to dressing for success on the job. Participants will discover how to ensure ‘business casual’ is aligned with a professional image that supports the company brand. Through discussion and small-group activities participants will gain an awareness of how to achieve a professional appearance while maintaining their own personal style. This session also reveals best-practices for choosing attire that is appropriate for their role in the company. Participants will also complete a self-assessment and action plan to connect the concepts with the real-world demands of their current work environment.

Session Highlights:
In-depth self-assessment, real-time results analysis, action plan, and session evaluation
Objectives:
  • Clearly define your professional brand as it relates to your work environment
  • Identify how to communicate your brand to your target audience
Outcome: As a result of this session participants will be empowered to make decisions about their personal brand that are aligned with their career goals and the company brand.

This 2.5-hour version of Authentic Professionalism (60-minute program also available) introduces participants to a system for consistent image management. Through in-depth self-assessments and peer-feedback, participants will discover how to align their professional goals, with their professional image in three core areas, which are:
  1. Brand Profiling
  2. Brand Positioning
  3. Brand Packaging

While based on the same core data as the one-hour session this session takes participants to a deeper level through results analysis and review. Each participant will discover how they are currently functioning in each core area of image management in order to identify specific areas in which they are strong and areas in which they would like to improve.
